Very lacking but kind staff

The staff was so friendly but everything else was very lacking. The breakfast was embarrassing, even for a place like this, and the hotel did not have enough basic supplies like towels. Not to mention, there was no room cleaning throughout the stay whatsoever, and the bathroom sink was broken

The staff was friendly. The hotel is very outdated and the rooms need a complete do over. Lack of painting, scuffed hallways and trash in the hallways. Do not recommend this place.

ASTHMA PEOPLE: DO NOT STAY HERE!! This was horrible for my asthma. There was zero air circulation, it smelt like smoke & mold. The ceiling in the breakfast room was falling in before our eyes. The breakfast was a 2/10. There was one man who was working when we checked in through to the entire next day- same clothing, looking exhausted. There was one worker, doing check outs/ins, doing the maintenance, and making the breakfast. They didnt have any clean bed sheets available. It was pretty awful. Think twice about staying here. Garbages overflowing. There is "new management" we stayed because it was pet friendly, but apparently cats werent allowed (no where did it say this on the site, he told us when we got there- we have a blind kitten and cannot leave him alone). ANYWAY, will def be skipping this place next time- one plus is it is close to the highway.

Find Somewhere Else To Stay

This was by far the worst place we have ever stayed. 1st we did the pre check-in online to save time at the desk but when we got there they didnt have tilhe information and had to do it all over again. When we got our room the mattress was missing from the pull out bed so they had to find us a new room but the system was down so it took forever to manually find a room. The key cards had to be reprogrammed every day. The pool was filthy by far the most disgusting hotel pool. No towels in the pool area our entire stay except for one day and they were hand towels. The food that was out was terrible. They ran out of milk on monday so only coffee and cranberry juice all week. We registered for 5 people in our room and were only give 2 towels. We had to go down to the front desk everyday to get new towels. The guy checking us in barely spoke english so it was very hard to communicate with him. This place was also advertised with a hot tub by the pool which is why we chose this place but the hot tub was removed.

The location was perfect for us, close to stores and food. The place is very run down, not very clean and no one is ever really at the front desk. I tried to call down multiple times to no answer. Only gave us 2 towels for 4 people, and it was a pain to get them. Our toilet was making a running noise the entire stay, we had to shut the bathroom door at night because it was so loud. The shower head made a weird high pitched noise whenever we showered, it was awful. Breakfast wasn't great but I didn't expect anything special. My kids loved the pool, but overall I wouldn't stay here again.
