Easy to find and safe location, very close to the Arc Encounter and restaurants. Very friendly staff, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, ok continental breakfast, and decent value hotel.

Hospitality can't make up for it

While the staff was friendly and accommodating, it does not overcome the fact that this hotel is rundown and not well maintained. If you do choose to stay here, as it is close to the base, bring ear plugs to block out the highway noise.

I liked that you can park right by your door. The room was really and clean. Love the white linen on the beds. The coffee was really good! The breakfast choices were great. The staff was really accommodating. It was right across from Noah’s Ark our destination. I would stay there again.

The beds were too hard. Stayed 3 nights and woke up with hips and shoulders hurting because I am side sleeper. Bed was like sleeping on floor. If you sleep on your back you might like the hard mattress. Other than the bed, everything else was good. Friendly staff, clean room, good selection for breakfast even though they did not have eggs, bacon/sausage, gravy & biscuits.

plugs would not stay in the wall to keep the tv on, the air conditioner seemed to have a short in it, sometimes it would not work at all and when it did, it was extremely loud. bathroom door with paint coming off, no plug in bathtub drain. we ended up losing a night's stay because we were ready to go find something else. it was selected due to be walking distance to the Ark.
