Our air conditioner had a horrible rattling noise. When we checked in the young man at the desk did not give us any directions to room/elevator and we ended up walking a long way around. No wifi info given. Hotel is confusing as far as setup. The hot tub looked bran new but could only fit 3 to 4 people in it. Buffet was ok.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke and the room had a sweet smell that was meant to mask the smoke odor, and the window was open--but to no avail. One of the bedside lamps had a burned out lightbulb. We were given another room. The blackout panels were too short. Upon notifying the front desk, we were told the rest of the panels were thereb but they were separate panels and new panels were on order. In this room, also, the tall reading lamp was missing its ligjtbulb. Lacey at the front desk was kind and apologetic. Her service was exemplary.

The hotel staff was very friendly! Appreciated the front desk help of Brian and Lacey. They were kind and gracious to my wife and I with the assistance they provided. I would recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Good Location for Airport Access

Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast included. I dropped off my rental car (and grandson) at Airport (FCA) after checking in to Red Lion Hotel. I used Hotel shuttle back to Red Lion, stayed one night and used shuttle again to Airport for my morning flight. Hotel's preference is to book AP shuttle 24 hours ahead. I didn't know that but Hotel (Ali and driver) kindly accommodated me.

Poor housekeeping service and the room smelled so bad we were moved to another room (also TV did not work in first room). Second room stunk too so went and bought room freshener, as had already paid for four days. Due to poor housekeeping, the guests just put their garbage by the elevator. It sat there for days.

The staff was great we were picked up at the airport on the shuttle to motel Lefty gave us good travel ideas in the park. Breakfast was great start each day. The pool and hot tub was well maintained our room was clean and spacious. Wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to others
