I stayed for two nights while visiting Emory University. It was a perfect stay. We only wished the pool was open. The front lobby staff was very friendly and helpful. Very close to restaurants and great location. We walked to Emory University and it only took 15 minutes. I will stay here whenever I'm in the area.

Booked a room months ago. When we arrived at 11pm from an 8 hour drive, we were told they didn't have a room available and the one they did hqve for us was dirty and there was no one there to clean it. The lady at the desk was very brash and although she apologized, she made us feel that it was our problem. We had doordashed food to eat when we got there and it was sitting there but we couldn't eat it. She was condescending in apologies. Tired and not in the mood, I scrambled to find another hotel. I highly recommend the Embassy Suites about a mile down the road. I will say the anesthetic of the hotel was nice. Too bad the staff wasnt.

Well maintained, clean and good location

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Phoenix Atlanta! The location was great and very convenient to so many attractions. The staff was amazing—everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, and overall I had a wonderful experience. My only suggestion would be to reconsider the incidental authorization amount per night, as I found it to be a little high. Aside from that, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again!
