Very basic and no thrills hotel but it was convenient and the staff were good and responsive.

Staff were nice and helpful, rooms were clean, and best price in the area. Plus free milk and cookies at night!

We stayed in a room that was on 4st and 2nd Ave. we didn’t sleep between 12:30 and 4 am due to vehicles outside. It sounded like 10 motorcycles constantly at full rev the whole time. Either the sound proofing is terrible or it was an odd night. But during the bar close hours 4th St is LOUD. I have no idea if the other side would be better. But I can’t recommend the place and won’t likely return without clarifying where I’m at in the building.

It's hard to quantify "good taste", but this hotel has it in spades. The style hearkens back to a Victorian hotel, and the staff were very helpful. It's a beautifully-maintained property. And dinner at their on-site restaurant was superb.

We enjoy our stays at Baymont when we are in Baxter. Staff is very accommodating. And friendly. Lovely setting. Only downfall is Springtails during summer month. But since I now know they are harmless not a deal breaker. We stay here at least 3-4 times a year.
