This is a balanced review. First the good: the bed was comfortable. The hotel was very quiet, and this is so important for me. The breakfast was great. Now, the not so good: as I walked in, there were buckets and trash cans catching water from the leaking ceiling. The elevator had a strange and unpleasant smell. I had hoped that the lack of carpets in the room would cause it to be cleaner. Unfortunately the floors were instead sticky and quite dirty. So dirty, I didn’t want to go without my slippers. I checked my slippers before packing them in the morning and … they were black. I do not wear my slippers anywhere but inside. I had to wash the soles vigorously to get them to look clean. Although the bed was clean and comfortable and the hotel was so quiet, I can’t recommend staying here.

There were water leak buckets in the lobby. The first room they sent me to had not been serviced. The room I stayed in had a stopped up toilet that overflowed. The people were kind and friendly. The building, though relatively new, seems in need of maintenance.
