Very clean property. Nice hot breakfast. My only concern was a slow drain in the bathtub. I will definitely return.

At 10:00 at night there was a banging on my door and shouting, although I had put “do not disturb” on the door. The receptionist was there saying that the card had been incorrectly charged to a different room. She wanted me to go back to reception, although I was ready for bed. I pointed out the “do not disturb” notice, refused to go to reception, and said we could sort it out in the morning. In the morning, I went to reception. The receptionist said she had sorted out the problem, but did not apologize for disturbing me the previous evening.

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel in Neenah, Wisconsin! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great place to stay, and we truly enjoyed our time there. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
