Breakfast service (or lack of service given multiple staff) was terrible and food was removed well before breakfast closing. I was also charged a large additional amount after leaving with no communication or invoice. This was an error and it was difficult to contact the hotel to deal with this. No response to website submission.

Property is great but fairly expensive. A couple things to note when booking with Expedia. 1. They only tell you about the resort fees not the service charges you pay when you check out. Also if you book a porter flight they do not transfer the child age onto the booking so when you try to check in online the birth year doesnt go beyond 2015

Rooms need a severe renovation. Love the amenities, pool, beach. Restaurants are just ok here. Carpets are nasty in hallways and rooms.
