Western Pennsylvania Vacation Packages

Highly recommended. Very chill spot . Will be coming back soon.

A great stay at Kimpton, the hotel is inside a building that is part residential part hotel and very well cared for. Quiet, nice rooms - lots of space to walk around and put the crib. There are restaurants and coffee shops nearby that are easy to walk to. Very central, felt safe and quiet. The wine hour and onsite restaurant were an extra comfort that made staying in downtown a breeze. Parking was fast in/out valet. 10/10

Got locked in and had to out an emergency exit room was not ready at check in time. Garrage gate would not work even though I purchased parking ahead of time them kept being told I would just have to use public parking could not leave and come back in car. Front door did not work with card. A lot of issues with maintance. Not impressed

Spacious and cleanliness of room. Friendly staff, location excellent for shopping and dining options. The only caveat was although credit card left for incidentals, unable to pay cash upon check in or check out for stay.

Amazing Stay

I will start with a few positives! Steven, Caroline and Jol were amazing hotel employees. They were very polite and professional. If I had any questions they were always helpful to assist. I don't have many complaints about the rooms although to my standards there are a few. The rooms were adequate. Each room was clean and spacious. We had 3 rooms in all. 2 one bedroom apartments and a 2 bedroom apartment. Things missing from each room were... There are no TV's in the bedrooms so forget about relaxing laying in bed to catch up on your favorite show or shows. Also, if you're there for a wedding like we were in town for my daughter's wedding. There are no full length mirrors in the rooms for getting dress elegantly. Some of the light switches didn't work or have a purpose. The rooms are consired basic if your more use to upscale hotels. The most complaints I have is parking and check out. The hotel uses 3rd party parking those individuals were rude and had no concern of guest parking. Due to any event that maybe happening at the hotel unless your part of it. You are considered irrelevant. We were not told where to park when we arrived and was denied access to the parking lot. We had to circle the block and find parking at a bus terminal a blockway and drag suitcases down the street to the hotel. At check out I asked for a receipt for the rooms. We paid at the hotel when when checked in. A rude employee name Lloyd argued that he could not give out any receipts it's hotel policy.
