I did not like the tv. Wanted local news and weather and found it very difficult to find. I did not realize it was only a continental breakfast. For the price per night I expected hot food. The continental breakfast was substantial!!

Here it it: 1) Priced on the lower end of average. $290 total. The resort tax , lodging tax and a tax I didn’t recognize jumped up the price.. 2) Advertised pool. Wasn’t open due to filter 4 of the 5 days. 3) Continental breakfast, great pastries but ran out of boiled eggs and bananas after day 1. Coffee good but every day fewer and fewer choices. Hotel was FULL. 4) Staff shortage , no room refresh or trash disposal unless we did it. Trash cans in all areas of hotel not emptied for 3-4 days. Staff there seemed unresponsive to concerns. 5) TV is only smart LG channels, 6) Rooms were worn but carpet looked new. Chips in bathroom and tile. Loose fittings. 7) Overall, clean, under $300 a night and close to Yellowstone. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure and temperature was okay.

The staff were very nice! The gentleman who served breakfast was very polite and made sure breakfast was served, however, basic amenities like the toaster and microwave didn’t work… Light switch in the room by the bed didn’t work and the toilet was very old and had worn out stains on the wall….

Property needs at least some basic interior renovation. Room had a strong musty smell. Tub was dangerously slippery with no grab bar. We did appreciate the continental breakfast.

Close to yellowstone, nice comfortable, free BF

We had the luxury of a spacious room with comfortable beds and the evening swim and hot tub after long hikes at Yellowstone. Very conveniently located close to the park entrance. Has plenty of on site parking with two elevators for easy room access. Free breakfast is big plus, included some tasty feshly baked muffins from local sources amongst other stuff. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

Not worth the money.

For the price, this place was pretty sorry. It definitely needs an update. Everything is worn out, from the tub losing paint, to the doors peeling wood. The pillows were very small and the continental breakfast was iffy. At $280 a night U.S., it was a rip off. The beds were comfortable, but that's about it.

Terrible experience with suspected racial discrimination I stayed at this hotel for three nights, paying over USD 300 per night with a reservation made well in advance. On the morning of my third day, I found there were no clean towels to replace and no toilet paper left in the bathroom. I went to the lobby to request housekeeping, but the staff didn’t even bother asking for my room number – just casually agreed without any follow-up. Later that day, I ran into the housekeeping staff and repeated my request. He checked his list and told me my room wasn’t on it. It made me feel like I was being deliberately excluded, and as a Chinese Canadian, I couldn’t help but feel this was racial discrimination. When I returned to my room that night, nothing had been cleaned, the towels hadn’t been replaced, and there was still no toilet paper. I wasn’t staying there for free – I paid a premium rate and deserved at least basic respect and service. This was an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects to be treated equally and with dignity.
