It was a beautiful spacious cabin. Loved the jet tub at the end of a day of exploring. Staff was very friendly and accomidating. Easy in and out of Yellowstone each day. Highly recommend it!

Ice machine would’ve been nice. We checked in and got to our room and realized we only had one bed when we thought we booked a room with two I went back to the office to check with them and the door was locked so couldn’t change room or see if that was a mistake.

Over all, it was a very nice place with lots of privacy. Some negative comments will be: 1) The door to the bathroom area wasn't able to be closed. 2) Staff aren't so friendly. In the morning, when we went there to get a coffee, they usually don't even greet. When I wanted to ask something, 2 staff were talking each other and I had to wait for a couple of minutes until they stopped talking. I think it was pretty rude. 3) They didn't provide us a new soup until I asked.
