I have no words.

Where to start. First we called to let them know we were coming late, and they said they would leave us a key. They were so nice. However, they left us a key that didnt work. So we couldnt get in the room. When we tried to call the office was closed, and there was no one to help us. There was bugs every where. Then when we looked into the room, because the curtain was open, it wasnt even the room we ordered. The best part was Hotel.com's customer service. They were amazing. They not only put us in a better hotel, but they also refunded me for the day we lost. Thank you hotel.com.

Hotel is expensive compared to similar Motels. It is, however, close to Yellowstone Park. You can beat the crowd and are first in the park with no traffic jams.

It was quiet and clean. I did not like that there was no key for the deadbolt. It did not feel as safe, so we didn’t leave valuables in the room.

Hotel is a super convenient location. Yellowstone Park is literally across the street. Served its purpose to give us a place to sleep each night. We liked the option of 4 beds in a room. Our bathroom looked like it was just redone but there was a strong urine smell in it that came in waves. We told the cleaning crew and asked them to clean it but every day the smell reappeared and got so strong. I

The property is just across the West entrance of the park. Nice and clean rooms. The staff at the check in desk is so friendly and knowledgeable .

This motel was in a great location, walking distance to the main shops. Front desk lady was very hard to understand. But pleasant. They were out of coffee when we checked out and the fellow didn’t seem to care. We had a giant room with three beds. Excellent, clean rooms and comfy beds. Close to the west entrance of Yellowstone

It was relatively clean and served is purpose. However, it is old and could use some updating. All in all it was fine. I think everywhere in that area fills up really quickly so if that is the case, this place is fine to stay at.
