Beautiful property right on the boardwalk. Easy to walk into town or down to the Britannia Shipyards National Historic Site. Parking was easy and plentiful. Everything is done virtually. As long as you follow the very detailed directions provided by the hotel check-in, parking and finding the room is easy. The hotel responded promptly, professionally and kindly to any queries. The room was large, clean and well equipped. The patio was lovely for sitting and watching people walk by and eagles fly over the river. We love hotels where there is no daily housekeeping. It really was like a nicely furnished apartment. The only negative, was other guests who did not consider that the hallways are not private and were running between rooms and yelling. It seemed like at least twice over the week there were families that had more than one room and put the children in one and the parents in the other. Since the bedroom was near the hall the noise was disruptive to sleep. Overall, an excellent hotel. We will not hesitate to stay here again.

Nicely located closer to Robson and Granville.. overall well maintained and housekeeping does a good job.

Bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant for dinner was amazing. Best thing we had was a corned beef appetizer which was mind blowing.

Great location in downtown Vancouver! Close to a lot of restaurants and waterfront. The pool and sauna are nice and relaxing. They also have free parking and charge for EVs which was an expected bonus! I wish they had a lounge or rooftop area.
