The only issue I had with the property was the parking, everything else was very nice

A nice room for 5 people. Huge bathroom. Clean. The only thing we didn't like it was the sofa.

Pretty basic, clean rooms, expensive parking, no pool, service and assiance was pretty middle of the road

The staff was very helpful and check in was simple and easy. Just pulled up to the door and had the valet take the car to park. The amenities were enough (coffee maker and small refrigerator). The location was prefect for walking to baseball stadium and many options for dining.

The Orbit Hotel was a great place to stay while in Cleveland. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, especially Edward. We decided to stay an extra day but had to move rooms. Edward said he could hold our luggage for us until the new room was ready. This allowed us to visit downtown Cleveland without having a car full of luggage. The breakfast had an ample selection of items to choose from. We would definitely stay at The Orbit Hotel again.
