Very welcoming the lady upon arrival. Nice, clean room. Good breakfast. Overall very good stay.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Kelowna was genuinely wonderful. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition — the rooms were spotless every day, and the entire property felt fresh and well cared for. Their attention to detail made our stay comfortable from the moment we arrived. In the mornings, Mickey and the breakfast staff provided service that exceeded expectations for our family and especially traveling with 2 small kids. They were warm, attentive, and consistently went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The quality of service during breakfast felt more like a resort experience than a typical hotel offering, and it set a great tone for each day. We left extremely impressed and grateful.
