The staff were great and the rooms cleaned well each day. The building though is a little dated and could do with remodeling. Outside was dirty and chaotic like most of Jakarta but this is not the fault of the hotel. Probably wont visit Jakarta again but if I did I would stay and the Menara Peninsular ...

The hotel lobby was in nice condition but upon seeing the room, we would’ve cancelled if possible. There are holes in the wall, stains on the sheets and the bathroom tiles were dirty. Would not recommend.
