The services of the staffs was remarkable. If their motto stated “Melayan dengan senang hati !” It’s true Gems. Breakfast Banquet is marvelous. They truly go above and beyond. Many times blew my minds and My best friend Misslinda, how the chef and the staffs remember if I loved their colak singkong and special prepared from the kitchen for me. I stayed in this hotel several times and I like it due to the convenience. Right at the mall and close to everywhere, dinning options. However the property is too old and needs some improvements. I stayed in different rooms/floors and always have problems with shower head. The shower head looks to old and rusted, the water flow is bad, you need to stay close to the shower head everytime you take shower. Management needs to change all if those shower head and do a deep cleaning to keep this property better

Wonderful introduction to my 2 week journey through Java and Bali. The staff was attentive and always helpful. The gym honestly has everything you could need. Oh and how could I forget the delicious breakfast. Would highly recommend.

+++Location.. easy to find..mall direct connection is very convenient..food choices delicious.. +++Prices affordable - - -Lights are old and too Dark.. no USB outlets..need to bring old traditional electric plugs.. Water plumbing maintenance is needed... Plumbing are leaking when turning On . +++ overall... I stayed 2 times 2+3 nights in Aug 2025.. I will be back again later this year 👍
