The staff was super nice and check in was smooth. There was a cockroach in one room (we had two) but we were so tired, and it's Tennessee, so we just went to sleep. The breakfast needed work. No coffee available, only decaf. A hotel With no coffee is just silly. The breakfast was ok but most items ran out by 8:30 am. Several options were broken as well. The fitness gym was also closed and I don't believe they even have a pool. Not that it would matter, we were just there for a quick sleep before we hit the road again. Okay to stay here for a quick sleep but I wouldn't stay again

Did not even go in. Drove around the property most of the rooms were boarded up. There were a lot of cars that looked abandoned and also had flat tires. Got there too late to cancel and not feel safe to even get out of the car. Did not want my family to stay in a place like this. Would not recommend this hotel for anyone. Spent an hour driving around to get another couple of rooms. Ended up late at night then had an early flight to get to the next morning. Made for a terrible start for our vacation.

I don’t think I have ever been to such a cool, eclectic, just beautiful hotel…ever! Let’s start with the quick/friendly assistance the staff gave to make sure when we arrived, everything was easy…from parking to getting access to the hotel/room. Yes, it was via text…but there was no question or issue not taken care of! Stepping in the hotel was like going back in time…everything was just magical…well to me at least! The room was even better; beautifully decorated…vintage fridge and microwave just made it just so very cool. Huge TV! And loved the bathroom. Again, they took their time creating such a great ambiance! We also visited the bar…loved is an understatement! Again everything was vintage…gave us such an old world feel! The staff was so friendly and helpful! If I could give the our experience a 20 out of 10 I would! Highly recommend!

Positives- good location close to Beale with Starbucks next door. Negatives- bed bugs in blanket on the bed, staff not responsive at all when asked to refill soap, shampoo. Shower not clean.

Great property and location

The apartment was clean and enough space to accommodate everyone. It was difficult to get in touch with the property especially on the weekends. We requested additional covers which we never received. There were only two rolls of toliet tissue in each bathroom and I was there for 4 nights/5 days. The beds could be more comfortable but overall it was a great stay.
