The Abbey used to be nice but it has become very run down. There was a whole section of rotten and splintery wood behind the slide in the children's pool. The lock on the sliding glass door in my room was broken. They have clearly stopped investing anything in maintaining the property.

The staff is TERRIBLE at the front desk. First we get the surprise of $44/night for valet parking, no other option. They tell you how everything around is paying and no street parking just so you panic and pay the valet. Then we find out there is literally free parking everywhere around. Then we get to check in, at 3:15pm, room is not ready. They say they will call us when the room is ready. No one calls, we return at 4:15pm and the room is ready with no one acknowledging that our request was ignored. Not one smile, not one concern from the front desk. Next day we go for breakfast, had to locate the hostess on our own, we finally get seated. We place an order, we get our food, there was ONE PIECE of toast cut in half with our eggs and bacon. So unbelievable cheap and awful presentation. I ask the waitress if it’s normal more attitude like I was disturbing her with my question and answers, “ya what’s the problem”… Needless to say, couldn’t wait to get out of there….

property is absolutely terribe and is extremely old. this is not a place you want to stay

Rooms were exceptional. Stayed in room 901 which was a corner room. Views were great. Room was spacious and clean. Easy to navigate the amenities through the Android pad provided. Staff was knowledgeable and pleasant. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Very convenient location. But lacks parking and staff not overly friendly or helpful.

Our stay was comfortable. No complaints.

The free breakfast sucks but they all do, otherwise the facility was top notch.
