Unique code entry...no actual check-in. Went smoothly. Nice clean room. Close to restaurant and coffee shop. We'll lit. Good place...we would rent again.

The bedroom with the bunk beds is closet size and the bunk beds are for children. An adult can't stretch out in them. The futon in the main room is comfortable for sleeping. :-)

We stayed in the Avion Camper. We weren’t expecting the ritz by any means but this place gave motel vibes - not as put together as the pictures will make you think it is. Pieces peeling off the wall, broken blinds, plates and silverware are probably older than I am, multiple flies. The water pressure was that of a little trickle of pee stream. Front desk was nice once she got back from assisting another tenant with their abundance of flies in their room. Just know this is more of a “roughing it” camp experience. Not a glamp experience!

A portable air conditioner was used to cool the room and was so loud we could not sleep. The fan above our bed was very loose and vibrating dangerouslyon the ceiling. You barely had enough room to walk into the bathroom; to do so you walked sideways between the toilet and the sink (yes, the toilet was right in front of the door as was the sink.)The sink was so narrow you could not bend over it or brush your teeth without hitting your head on the mirror. Which meant there was no way to brush your teeth and spit the toothpaste in the sink. The spit would fall between the toilet and the sink. And you certainly could not wash your face without the water dripping down you and onto the floor. The room was filled with oddly mismatched furniture, leaving very little room to move. Most of the furniture wasn't even necessary. Couldn't tell if this was supposed to be a storage room. We booked for two nights. We could not get a refund on the second night. There was no way we could spend another night there. The hotel told us Expedia already processed the charges and we couldn't get our money for the night we did not stay. . Expedia told us the hotel had processed the charges.

Great last minute choice. Very clean, quiet.

This was a terrible place pulled up no front desk just a keyosk to check in people holding doors open for home less try to get are money back and they did not refund both nights we had to pay for 1 night cause we got the cards to the room just to put back in the keyosk terrible place very unhappy

Nice place for cost. Room large and sparkling clean. Decent breakfast. Pet fee reasonable. Close to Great Sand Dunes National Park. Easy parking. Would stay again
