The motel hall floor carpet is old, dirty and smells and room bathtub was dirty.

Very loud music late into the night well past midnight.

I knew I wasn’t staying at The Ritz when I booked this room. I will say the room was very clean but it definitely needs some upgrades. I booked a room with 2 queen beds as I’m traveling with my sister. One of the mattresses was so dilapidated that we couldn’t use the bed. The air conditioning unit was very loud and when the compressor shut off it sounded like a door slamming so that was frustrating. And the toilet in the bathroom was extremely low which normally would not be an issue but after driving for 9 hours the day before, having to share a bed and not sleeping plus already dealing with a back issue I just waited until we left to use the restroom elsewhere. Unfortunately there is no manager or desk agent on site to speak to. I sent a text to the manager but doubt I’ll hear back since that was hours ago. This place is not worth your time.
