Great hotel as to be expected from Courtyard. Beautiful room and facility. Clean pool and hot tub. Stay here!

The 2 queen first floor lake view room was clean. Would not recommend this room type as it’s directly on the walking path at ground level. Room/ bath was outdated and air was moist, 2 holes in duvet cover. Surprised there was a “resort fee” at check out as this hotel has no amenities but a spa which you pay to use and a common area pier. Self park is $32 and they say you can come and go as you please- thanks a lot! The bar is also outdated. This hotel needs a facelift and it’s only been 14 years since the last one. Will say the pier is lovely! Go there for a drink but rest your head elsewhere..

Pool and hot tub were nice, and they let me have a late checkout. Wish there was a continental breakfast, and the in-room coffee was pretty bad, and not enough for a 4-person room.

AC was cooler in the hallway than the room and carpet felt damp. There was some visible water damage by the AC unit and by the shower. Staff was helpful when I wanted to swap feather pillows for a hypoallergenic option.

Shopping and restaurants next door yet still close to downtown and the university. Clean, comfortable.

It was a very cute place with an awesome staff

Their system was down, so we couldn’t check in initially. But they gave us drinks for the bar downstairs to kill time. Free breakfast was decent. Good location. Definitely best for younger guests as there’s quite a live music and bar scene.
