The Positives: Reception was great, Breakfast was good ( Loved the pancake maker) , room was quiet on 3rd floor we didn't hear anything. Happy they have removed carpets and window opened for fresh air. The negatives :( carpet in hallways are beyond disgusting...time to replace....Room smelled weird when opening the door, found a piece of someone's donut on the floor...beds were hard ( didn't sleep first night) On the fence if would stay here again...it was the only affordable unfortunately. wasn't the best wasn't the worse place. If they just updated a bit I wouldn't complain

Not as comfortable as I would have liked. Room was freezing on arrival, beds are hard. Breakfast was basic and just okay. There was no one to as questions to if needed. I’d pass on the stay next time , however the price was good for what we got.
