Rooms are large and comfortable. However they need better maintenance. Carpets are showing wear. For the price you would expect perfection. Common areas like the lobby are tired. Carpet was dirty and stained. Windows need cleaning. Restaurant is fine but far from great.

The Kilmorey Lodge is a beautiful property. The room was clean, comfortable and well decorated. We particularly liked the individual lights and night shelves for each side of the comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing as was dinner. The service in the dining room and pub was friendly and welcoming. Katie, Leeza and Cole made us feel right at home. The Lodge has a beautiful view of the lake and is conveniently located a few blocks from many shops. I will stay there again should I return to Waterton Park.

This hotel is really wonderful. I assume it has been fully renovated as the decor and furniture were in excellent condition. We had a lake view which was beautiful. I highly recommend this place! It’s walkable to everything in this small, quaint town. Easy access to restaurants, shops, and marina. Note to those coming in from US: there are two border stations if you’re coming up from the east side of Glacier. One is off highway 89 (Piegan-Carway). The other is off highway 17 (Chief Mountain). The Chief Mountain station has limited hours. We got there and it was closed. We didn’t realize there was another border crossing (thanks, Google maps!) so we thought we were “locked out” of Canada for the night with no place to sleep. Having no cell service at Chief Mountain, we drove back to St. Mary to see whether they had any available rooms. The reception desk there was kind enough to explain about the other crossing at Piegan that is open until 11pm. Crisis averted!

This was a beautiful new hotel with lovely art and stained glass lamps and light fixtures. We had room 212 which had A gorgeous lake view. We saw deer trotting by often. It is right on the lake path too which makes for a scenic walk into the village. Although we didn’t dine on site it seemed enjoyable. Only suggestion would be an ice

The rooms were very nice as were the staff that worked there. I was a little surprised that the rooms weren't cleaned everyday that we were there but that was just a minor detail. Overall the experience was very good although the high price of the rooms could have been better if the cost was a little less. Other than that everything was very good!
