I had major car trouble and was unable to make my reservation time, when I called to try and change the date to the next day, the women that answered the phone tried talking over me and even set the phone on the counter while I was trying to explain what was going on. She was extremely rude. They wanted an additional 100 dollars just to change my reservation. Regardless of the fact that I was in a situation that I could not for see happening to be able to cancel 1 hr and a half after I made the reservation! Will never book with them again.

Amazing location for OSU visit. Feels home

The pool area was the key part, but the beds were the worst beds ive ever slept in and I have traveled a lot. The room was always hot when comming back from our day. Cone to find out they were ahutting off electricity durning peak hours then turning them back on. I was given no notice. The last morning I was there I couldnt even get ready and pack cause power off. I had to go as is. Oh and its 15 dollars a day for parking if you park yourself. I was tokd ten by employee but the parking garage said prices have gone up.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and property were clean. Overslept breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Was very quiet. Will stay again.

The grounds were not kept up. My son said it looked like a Walking Dead Hotel. Pool was not working. Cracked tiles with a yellow cone over them. Room fridge was warm.

My visit to Oklahoma City and the Hyatt Bricktown was truly memorable. I can't wait to return. During the weekend stay, I connected with family members who were also at the hotel, and we all had an exceptional experience. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Arriving early, we were pleasantly surprised when they allowed us to check in ahead of schedule—such thoughtful service after a long journey. I genuinely appreciated their kindness. Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel with a wonderful team and an unbeatable location.
