12 cockroaches killed. Dead ones even in the well of the phone - picked up phone 4 live ones and 2 crushed w hand set. Toilet paper hardware falling - mold on bathtub. Pictures to back up. I requested a full comp. They did a 50% off. I made it clear that will not do.

the bathroom toilet was not cleaned upon my artival. bathroom shower faucets ect are scummy and old moving around not fit to walk. carpet needs deep cleaning or replacement.

The coffee in the morning was great, the room was nice with good amenities. I liked gym. Some upkeep would be beneficial in bathrooms where there was some traces of water / moisture impact. The building is so beautiful! We loved the lobby and the bar/restaurant

Staff was super friendly. Place was very clean. Great hotel. I would stay again. My door jammed a little bit. 630. Needs some wd40 lol once I thought I was locked in. Also late at night you can't get any ice... or a drink anywhere... or silverware in the building. I also couldn't reheat food. The lady at the desk was nice enough to do it for me but otherwise no access.

Good base for Washington

Spent 3 days here, good base for Washington sight seeing, Georgetown to the left with nice shops, bars n restaurants. City to the right all within walking distance. Staff were great and helpful, booked taxis, morning coffee in reception, room was nice, decor a little tired.
