It took a full 10 minutes to check-in and get my key, even though I was the only customer. I was exhausted after 16 hours of travel and had even prepaid for the room to expedite my check-in. The clerk typed more stuff into the computer than the bank did went I went for a loan. Otherwise, the room was clean and a good value.

Do not stay here. We went up to our room, pulled back the covers and there were a lot of other people's hair as well as many mysterious stains within the sheets and blankets. The room felt musty, damp, and dank. Even the chairs had mysterious stains. There were shoe prints on the sheets. It seems like the "cleaning" done is just pulling the sheets back over the bed into place. We got a refund and went down the street to Pinemark which ended up being clean, welcoming, and totally comfortable.

Good for a two star hotel. Installations show much wear. Rooms are cramped, little space to walk around the room. The bed sheets have a faint unpleasant smell. No coffeemaker.

There wasn't much at all that I'd like except it was clean. When I arrived from my reservations check in they said they had no record of me I showed him my confirmation number and my itinerary number and they said that those were the wrong numbers and that they didn't have any accessible rooms because they had already rented it out when I had reserved an accessible room and would not let me stay in a regular room because I was disabled and there was no safety bars in the shower so we were forced to go find another room at the last minute why we were staying in the other room that night many hours later I received a phone call on my cell phone from the hotel that I booked to begin with wanted to know if I was still showing up for my booking if they had no record of me how'd they get my phone number that was the most miserable weekend I've ever had and it all started with the hotel in faces I'm very disappointed in them and Expedia for having hotels like this on their websites I had never been so miserable ever and the my weekend I would like to also add that since we were forced to find another motel room at the last minute we ended up paying twice as much as what we booked to begin with I think that Expedia should at least refund my money for the second hotel it was $280 for two nights or give me a free motel for a weekend somewhere else sometime in the future I was just so disappointed I've been very careful to make sure I double checked everything The went downhillhorrible

The staff were great and helpful. The room was surface clean, but the walls, lampshades, wardrobe tops, etc. were very dirty. I would stay again, but maybe bring some Clorox wipes.

I just love this Super 8. I regularly travel back and forth between Texas and Michigan and this place is where I try to always stay. It’s convenient right off Interstate, 24/7 front desk, the rooms are always CLEAN, and the bed is comfy with plenty of pillows. I’ve had to stay at other “budget hotels”, even other Super 8’s, and they were awful. This one I try to stay every time.

There were stains on the beds upon check in. They changed our room however the new room was not much better. Unknown substance on walls, floors, chairs. Place is very run down.
