Quite nice!

Loved the rooftop feature with the magnificent views. Although three staff members were checking people in or answering questions, a fourth or even a fifth could have moved the line along quicker. Very happy with the restaurant and the happy hour. Speedy delivery of the car when we needed it.

although we reserved for five guest, there were only three towels in the room. There was only two bottles of water! When I asked for more bottles at least equal to number of guests, they told me that macimum number of bottles for room is only two! If this is the case, why do they charge more as number of guests increase! This not fair at all. Also parking staff especially on 13th of August morning was terrible! They were rude snd not ftiendly. Staff was acting like buncb of buddies talking laıdly in different language other than English or spanish among themselves making guests feeling akward. One of the parking staff was beeping while I was loafing my car. He was seeing exactly what I was doing and despite that he was beeping. Whole staff was not proffessional. They were bunch of people brought at loe cost and not polite just msking guests feeling terrible. I think they use Marriot name but not providing proper service. I will never go there again.

Good but issues

I didn't have many issues with this trip than: - Beds are too high. Have to climb into them. - AC blows loud and hard. It cools the room off quick but it sounds like a jet when it is on. - Every day the cleaning staff would clean they wouldn't give a new bathroom soap to wash hands with. Had to ask the front desk, who were glad to give them out. - Not much to view out the window, either courtyards or other buildings.

Great hotel, great location, awesome breakfast, great room, clean, everything was great 👍. But I have to say that the customer service in the from desk wasn't great until I got Jeffrey, this gentleman Madera difference, he was helpful, polite, and humble, some people do make a difference.
