Location was good, metro station 2 min walk. The check-in process was not described correctly so wasn't able to open the lockbox and get the key to the building. Some people from another unit opened the door after that i was able to open the lockbox for the unit and enter the unit. Few things like free toiletries, shampoo, soap and Housekeeping (daily) listed in the property amenities but were never there and there were no housekeeping taking place or offered. Also found some pests looking like cockroach. Asked the manager to move us to a different unit, got a decline. Was forced to take measures like pests repellent, manager said that will reimburse me for the repellent but I'm still waiting. One evening power in the building went down at about 10 PM.
I can not say that the experience was pleasant.
