Bad Experience :(

I stayed two nights at this location. I had issues with the AC, I called service before leaving the room, I came back 3 hours later, no one checked it. I called again, someone showed up, did nothing and left. Next day, I called again, a technician came in. after about 30 mins of intervention he couldn't fix it. I spent the night with the noise of the fans i was supplied with. I wouldn't stay again here no would I recommend to anyone to stay here.

Over all the hotel was great. However, they do not offer parking except valet for i think it was 65 dollars per day. The hotel do not even offer some sort of discout on parking the patking knowing the hotel is aware. Total incovience the whole weekend.

The hotel did not allow my son to check in because he was under 21, a condition I didn’t know at the time of booking. They could have been friendlier and more accommodating after I told them he was on travels for 30 hours before arriving at the hotel.
