The room we stayed in was kind of small. The bed was hard. The room was clean and had all the amenities that it stated the hotel does have a lot of traffic because they host events, conferences and parties i’m trying to call the restaurant downstairs to place an order we could not get through. We called the front desk several times to be connected. Still could not get through one morning when I placed a breakfast order and asked if it could be brought up to me. The guy on the other end stated it would be best if you come down and get it overall we had a good day

I like that the hotel was close enough to the harbor where we didn’t have to drive far. What I didn’t like was how scuffed up the bathroom was definitely needs a fresh coat of paint. The other thing that threw me off was the sheets they were already dirty when we got there. When taking the elevator the rugs are always packed up with crumbs and dirt I stayed there three days and not having once was it vacuumed.

Outstanding hospitality

Initially disappointed that location was not close to the water, but your friendly staff and conveniences quickly made up for it. Your shuttle service was great and took us wherever we wanted to go. Your restaurant staff was outstanding and the food was excellent. We especially enjoyed the hospitality of chef James and bartender Carlos. They were very friendly and helpful. Happy hour prices were reasonable. My only criticism is I am concerned about safety features in the bathroom. The bottom of the tub was very slippery. I put a hand towel in the bottom to give me some traction. Making things worse was the fact that there were no grab bars or anything to hold if you would happen to slip. I can potentially see a nasty fall and a lawsuit. Also the bed was very high and difficult for us to climb into. The bed is a minor issue but concerns us as senior citizens. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back if we are in the area again.

Never made it inside There was a drug deal in the back parking lot. The guy started yelling at me. I tried calling the front desk no answer. I called the travel agent to help and they tried calling no answer. The Harborside manager just wants their money so they took the money but I would rather be safe and be out $180.
