This was our third stay. The room in itself was clean and cute, as expected. One of our keys didn't work on arrival. The issue was resolved nicely right away. Reason for a reduced rating from our two previous 5 star rating: Entrance needs a lot of attention. Walkway really needs a good power washing, heavily stained. Windows also need a good cleaning. Though I don't know where someone would go to smoke, I feel an entrance isn't the place. There is a hall rental that shares the entrance. The patrons renting the hall Friday and Saturday evening (individual events) took their party out into the parking lot. The Saturday evening patrons set off fireworks in the parking lot.

If I could give a higher mark for the staff, I would. Awesome personalities, professional, and knowledgeable!

The property was poorly maintained. The hall carpets, and the carpets on the stairs were ripped. They were broken tiles in the bathroom. The place looked like it hadn’t been painted since the great depression. This place is a dump.

I had excellent communication with the corporate office and the on-site manager. The building is fabulous with an excellent gym, rec room and pool. The garage is easy to get in and out, plus a brewery right next door...it was the perfect choice. I will look for the company in other cities for future travels.

Our family of five stayed in a one-room suite with two double beds and a sleep sofa. The room was spacious enough for all of us and the bathroom had a homey feel. Our boys loved the pastries at breakfast and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of travel.
