Upon arrival the hotel looked nice, but once we jumped out he cab i walked towards the main entrance to get soaked but hanging plants, also the main entrance was full of a mixture of drinks just left on th pavements. Onced we checked we received our key cards, no one escorted us o our room noor did they offer to give u a trolly for our bags toilet in lobby was filthy tissue on he floor and urine on the floor an left in th toilet

It was ok that’s about it, room was ok seemed to smell of stale cigarettes, couldn’t turn the air-con so that was noisy all night There was 3 pin round plugs by the side of the bed so unable to charge phone next to bedside, Bed was uncomfortable pillows also not great The whole hotel just seemed old and run down really in need of a good spruce up This was a shame as the hotel is in an excellent location literally 2-3 minutes of the M25

Me and my friend stayed here for a concert at Tottenham Stadium, the staff were amazing and very helpful. The room we had was perfect the only downside we had to the room was no over head lighting, we had to rely on lamps dotted around the room which werent that bright when were trying to get ready for the concert. The nearest tube was a 25min walk away from the hotel meaning we had to use uber for transport but this was easy and very quick(quite expensive at times). We would 100% definitely book to stay here again and we highly recommend this to anyone

Particularly enjoyed the atmosphere, the service was spot on. The bed were very comfortable and spatious and the pillows super soft. Hair dryer, coffees and teas provided. The tv was also lovely. Bathrooms veryb cleaned.

Friendly, calm hotel

Lovely hotel with a quiet, calm atmosphere (even with a big wedding going on, on one of the nights, it was still peaceful). All staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way. It's easy to find and has plenty of parking. Breakfast was good. Bar prices are a bit lively, especially for a bottle of wine, but that's par for the course, I guess. We ordered lunch one day and the food was great. Room was spacious, bed very comfortable. I'd definitely stay there again if I need to get to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for an event.

We had a lovely relaxing stay. Staff were very helpful and the restaurant staff were so lovely. Our room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom spacious and fully stocked with all the essentials.

It's a hotel, it's not a home away from home, but the staff were superbly professional. Each and every one of them. If I were to fault anything, I was asked at check-in if I wanted the room cleaned daily to which I replied yes and commented on needing the bottled water replacing daily. My room was only cleaned once in 5 night stay and the room didn't offer bottled water.

Hotel situation in isolated area. Nothing to do in the area and there are no other properties or stores around. You have to have a vehicle for sure. Also thw prices at the restaurant are very high!!!
