Unfortunately they first put us on the third floor a half mile from the elevator-my husbands 80.
Repeatedly ( 5-6 times) we had to go from our third floor room to the front desk to get the key reactivated. One time that made us late to a reservation. This was a MAJOR inconvenience. Then on our last night there, they suggested that we change rooms. Not acceptable.
The other problems was that refrigerator motor was quite loud and was disturbing all night. We have stayedseveral times in establishment of IHG. I never had this many problems. I would think twice before reserving a room from you.
