Staff was great.

Very nice hotel . Room was spacious , breakfast was delicious and staff very attentive . Only a short walk from main station and old town

This hotel is very expensive for what you get. I was asked 3x if I wanted my room cleaned or not? They did not honour any of the Expedia VIP perks. All in all o feel like it's just poorly managed as we travelled all over Europe and had nothing but excellent experiences.

Kids loved their downstairs bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The hotel had great air conditioning and unlimited free water.

We were greeted by a great service by Sabrina! She was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the questions we presented. She was an excellent staff! Even the ladies from the kitchen were amazing. Sabrina you are a gem🙏

Breakfast buffet is good. Staff is helpful
