Great location for a short break to Munich. Very handy for the train and underground station. Fantastic air conditioning system keeping us nice and cool during this hot spell. Didn’t try breakfast as we had trips booked that left early in the morning. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here. I traveled with my husband and our two teenage boys so having the door between our room and theirs was nice - the appreciated me not nagging them to go to sleep. The two rooms each had a bathroom which was helpful for getting everyone ready in the morning. The room was quiet. Breakfast was good. There was tea, coffee, juices and water. To eat there were different pastries, breads, jams and honey, yogurt, fruit, cereals, deli meats and cheeses, and also hot foods - scrambled eggs everyday and the other options changed - sausages, bacon etc. The hotel was near to the Isator metro station (2 min walk) and also close to Marienplatz. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room had AC, the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful, I would stay here again.

Our stay could have been better if not for the room assigned to us. Though we had requested for a higher floor room months in advance and also for early check in weeks before, we were given a room on the lowest floor directly across from a construction site. The male attendant who checked us in also demanded to see our 3rd party booking email even though we had already completed an online checked in with the required details.

This was by far the most personalized stay we’ve ever had at a hotel. We were personally shown to the room and all amenities were explained. The amazing staff thought of every detail. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg!
