Had a lovely stay here! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and explore. Overall, a really enjoyable experience and I’d happily stay again.

Beautiful hotel, attention to details by staff. Dyson hair dryer, were the icing on the cake.

Sehr höfliches und freundliches Personal, traumhafter Ausblick vom Penthouse und wirklich sehr ruhig. Wer einmal ausklingen und seine Ruhe mit einer schönen, schon fast therapeutisch-wirkendenden Stille und schöner Aussicht haben möchte , dem empfehle ich es. Das Zimmer ist top gepflegt gewesen und es war wirklich sehr sauber. Wir werden definitiv wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Room was not clean, bathroom has stains all over. The room that was given to use was near the entrance, so it was extremely noisy. The kettle in our room leaks, we called reception about it, they promised to bring it to us within 10 mins. But no one ever brought it to us during the entire stay. Extremely terrible service

The room was very clean, comfortable bed, and stocked with delicious coffee. The air conditioning was easy to set and kep the room very cool. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect location for Marienplatz touring and close to the train station!
