The pictures of this property are very very deceiving. The gentleman on night staff was fantastic and we appreciate his willingness to work with us on getting a refund for our reservation however the hotel room we originally reserved was horrible! The room was full of black mold , the carpets were filthy and not vacuumed , there was water damage all over the property and in the rooms, and it was infested with large roaches! The area seemed to be okay and conveniently there is an H‑E‑B/ shopping center across the highway but once we got into our room we heard our car alarm go off along with several other vehicles so we can only assume someone was attempting to break into cars in the parking lot. All in all we were very disappointed with the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel but again the gentleman working night shift was working on cleaning the property and prepping breakfast items for the following day , he was also extremely kind and understanding so we appreciated him.

Avoid this place.

The bed was great, slept like a baby. However: the room smells dank; AC struggles noisily; Bathtub: no non-skid stripes, bottom is Cracked due to uneven insulation underneath structure, this pinched me, allows water leakage under tub and alters the surface of the tub’s bottom to an unsafe and uneven slope & curve; caused me to slide and stumble several times. ALSO - exterior door to 3rd building was shattered on second day of my stay, leaving open access to the building and eliminating “extra safety” of upper floor for single female patrons, among others. Door was not repaired until Day 5, my Checkout day. Cannot recommend.”

The staff was polite, efficient and helpful in every way. The room was very nice but the carpeting could use a good shampooing. The bathroom floor was slightly sticky..that comes from certain types of cleaning fluids. But overall I would give this place as a 8 out of 10 rating.

Property was very unkept, carts with bags of trash outside the entrance of doors. Lots of water leaked through the property, missing paint, room ac was held together with duct tape, and mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.
