I thought they could make guest feel more welcomed. Especially at the casino I was literally looked at w a nasty smirk by an Asian woman because I only spent 29 at the roulette game. She was extremely rude. Trying to watch games at the sports bar was a challenge if you didn’t spend money despite being a hotel guest you were not waited on until last minute. The pool had poor accommodations for its guests unless you spent money on a cabana despite being an actual hotel guest ; clearly the hotel is money hungry and could careless about making an actual guess who spent 900 for a 3 day stay welcomed unless you were a high roller and for that I give them 2 stars for making me feel less than a welcomed person . I always say the same people you see on your way up are the same people you see on your way down! When and if I return being a small business owner I will remember this experience

Clean room, great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room AC could have been better, it was warm in the room.

Front desk agent upgraded us to a suite. The property had lots of places to eat, drink, and gamble. First time staying here, definitely would stay here again 🙌
