This hotel needs an urgent renovation. The rooms seem stuck in the 1970s. They claim to have AC in the rooms but you actually have zero control over it. They send the same air to the whole building. I had to sleep with my window open so I could get some cold air. If you’re from the US and used to central AC that you can control, this hotel is absolutely not for you. The bathroom is worn out and feels dirty. Stay somewhere better.

Everything was beautiful, well taken care of and comfortable. Only regrets were the eggs in the breakfast always seemed uncooked, or made with water, like soup of egg. Always the same thing was offered. Good if you’re staying one or two nights, not 5. The gym/spa area never had anyone available. You had to go down to see if someone was there, then come up to reception to ask about it, no one was available. The sauna you had to operate yourself which I found a bit unsafe. Masseuse lady was nice, but not great.

Excellent location.. clean and tastefully decorated room. Great water presure.

The Road are a disaster! & Dangerous The Elevator don’t work!!

Very convenient location

El hotel , en muy buen estado , limpio , el personal , en su mayoría amable , algunos empleados en el counter de recepción no muy capacitados para poder responder educadamente o con tino . En los restaurantes nesecitas un poco más de personal , ya que no se dan abasto cuando están casi al 100% ,regresaría sin duda alguna .
