Clean room and bathroom. Staff was very helpful with various requests. Unfortunately the swimming pool was out of order.

Clean rooms, Breakfast was just basic, not hot and fresh - packaged eggs, bagel, cereal, cofffee. Good was swimming pool and hot tub. Did find a spider in it though

The owners understand what makes a great inn experience. It’s cute, fun, innovative and personal. Easy access to Winona and La Crosse. State park is in the back yard. Go for it!

Beautiful property and beautiful location. The rooms very tastefully decorated. The owners are very responsive to any questions. It was a lovely mix of modern luxury with some old world charm. All amenities were thoughtfully selected. Very much enjoyed the stay.

Upon arrival, check in was very pleasant and efficient. Room was clean, spacious and the king bed was comfortable. The staff was great at registration, Lumber Jack’s saloon and throughout the hotel. The pool (indoor with swim out to outdoor) and hot tub were both very nice. The outdoor lounge area for the pool and Lumber Jack’s were both nice. The breakfast was very good in a well presented and clean environment.

We had a lovely stay at the Pearl Street Inn and the staff were very nice. My biggest complaint is that I booked two rooms for a large group and after the first night, our ceiling was leaking water. I notified the front desk staff and they moved us rooms, to what they originally stated would be the room right next to our other room. However, when we came back a few hours later to get the keys, they had given away that room and we were further bumped down the hallway. A little disappointing to be further away from our group, but ok. The biggest issue is I asked the front desk whether there would be any compensation for the hassle of having a ceiling that was dripping and then being moved, and they said yes, that their GM would contact me. But it has been 3 days now and I have heard nothing, despite two emails. I would have given this 5 stars had there been good communication and some type of compensation for the trouble I had. But instead, I'm disappointed in management and their lack of communication or care for having a faulty room and poor communication when switching our room.

The parking was sufficient and the property felt safe and clean. There were a couple of times where I went to the front desk, during business hours, and didn’t see anyone around. The shower pressure was also pretty bad.
