Nice hotel but room smelled

I had to sleep in my car , the smell was horrible , we mentioned it when checking out and nothing and there was no response . When we arrived a manager came in and said she didn’t smell anything and that we just needed to put the ac on which did nothing but make the rest of my family freezing all night.

Nice hotel & would stay here again!

The room had an odor of dirty hair which told me the comforter was not clean. The bathroom was nice but I could smell the shower curtain which told me it needed washed and sanitized. The bed was comfortable but it's difficult to truly relax in a bed that you don't believe all the linens are clean. The breakfast was about a 2 on a scale of 1-10. The clerk that checked us into the room was fantastic. I booked this room specifically bc it had a hot tub and before booking I callled the ph# given via internet to ensure that the hot tub was not out of service & was assured it was working. We arrived and were told it was down to get the PH levels correct and may not be up until the next day. I explained that was why we booked a hotel here rather than in Cape May. I feel the front desk clerk made sure that the hot tub was up and running by evening and for that we appreciate her and also the maintenance man who possibly made a special trip in to get it back up that night. For that, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
