Good hotel but I wouldn't say it's worth such a high rating. The main door has no seal so you can hear everything on the corridor but also at night the light on the corridor turn in when someone is passing and instantly lights the hotel room too because of the spacing around the door. Breakfast was ok but repetitive since it's not buffet. Bathroom also not sealed so all the steam goes in the room. Staff was helpful with things when asked.

Our stay at Axel Hotel Valencia was absolutely fantastic. We spent 17 days traveling through Spain and stayed in six different hotels, and this one was by far the best of the entire trip. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and spotless, and the overall vibe of the hotel made it a pleasure to come back to every day. The front desk team deserves special recognition — they were extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. Their warmth and professionalism made a huge difference and set the tone for the whole stay. Axel Hotel Valencia exceeded every expectation. This hotel was a luxurious oasis in the heart of the beautiful old town of Valencia. The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional which really added to our stay. The rooms were very tastefully decorated and had great attention to detail. The bed was so comfortable we decided to replace our one at home! Absolutely recommended!

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The hotel staff was great. The food at the hotel was delicious. It was in a prime location with a variety of food options. It's within a minutes of the aquarium, science and arts museums.

Everything was ready to go and the hotel was very nice. Good location, walking distance to the old town. Staff was very friendly as well.
