Village of Golf Vacation Packages

We stayed in the Junior Suite Oceanfront, and the room itself was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. Unfortunately, several issues took away from the overall experience. The balcony chairs and cushions were very dirty, the coffee machine didn't work, and the refrigerator never got cold enough to keep drinks chilled. The hallways outside our room also frequently smelled like marijuana. We had lunch at Tula while family was visiting, and the service was a bit disappointing. Our waitress forgot multiple food and drink items, making the meal take much longer than it should have. At the pool, I asked about renting a cabana. Neither the server nor the manager she brought over knew the pricing and said they would bring me a price sheet, but they never did. Instead, I was told it was $400, including champagne and fruit. Since no one in our group drinks alcohol and the pool was nearly empty, I was surprised there wasn't a more flexible option, such as a discounted or partial-day rate. The property has a lot of potential and the room itself was very nice, but improvements to maintenance, service, and guest accommodations would make for a much better experience.

The most Ultra Modern & Chic Hotel I have ever stayed at. The service makes your head spin.

First time being here we did enjoy it but there were a couple of discrepancies. The first thing we noticed was the carpet is outdated then there some small stains on the mirror it appeared to be worn out kind of stains, then there was the water in the tub that had a yellow tinge in color, and then the ac in the room didn’t fully reach into the bedroom it was really cold in dining room and kitchen but not as cold in the bedroom, also the thermostat was a turn dial. Overall a 3 star room itself. The hotel itself was beautiful the pool was a bit smaller than i expected. Staff was friendly at first with the exception of a couple of them not as attentive in the end. Tiki bar was great and staff there was amazing and really treated me like they knew me. Noise level was low thankfully. Parking there is a bit inconvenient in my opinion because the self parking area is small and only on one side of the property, and not great if you do find a space to park far away, i didn’t try valet but I’m assuming you would have to if there weren’t anymore self parking spots available. Location of the hotel is great, and because of that we are considering returning.
