Excellent location.. clean and tastefully decorated room. Great water presure.

Really liked the hotel with some caveats. The staff is very friendly, the lobby and restaurant area are quite nice and large and location is great. The rooms are large yet very bland in the sense they are overly white and barely decorated. The bathroom was uncomfortable and after showering everything was wet and it smelled of dampness for the rest of the day. Another thing I disliked were the fluorescent, bright lights in the hallways. The light flooded into the room. That's a really easy fix that can make the ambience warmer.

Checking, excellent, Azul was very helpful, friendly. Apartment, spacious, in my case, I found that the bathroom and kitchen garbage receptacles weren’t empty, long black hairs on the floor, and the bathroom tile grout needs cleaning. I would say the bathroom needs some updating. Hot and cold water perfect. If you have neighbors that are loud, you will hear them. Area, very nice, safe, and an incredible amount of options for food, pharmacies, supermarkets bars and restaurants as well as shops. Checkout, excellent.

The room we stayed in was clean and came with clean white linens and towels. It was very spacious and with a large window that allowed natural light into the room. Every one at the front desk was friendly and professional. We haven’t used any of the amenities the property provides except for the lounge area. The location is very convenient, close to Soho and several shops, coffee shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The community in general is safe and people are respectful!
