Unexpected problems

Check in was easy and staff was great, but the room smelled musty upon arrival. Easy location to food and entertainment, but close to road so the traffic is loud 24/7. You can hear the semis crossing the bridge. They allow pets but only have a narrow strip of grass by the side of the road that has lots of garbage from others littering. I was warned not to wander on casino land and told I could be arrested if I trespass. Woke up in the middle of the night to water dripping in the floor. Dialing 0 got a busy sound, so I had to walk to the front desk. No extra rooms, so I was given a trash can and some towels. Had to listen to the dripping sound all night.

Front desk lady was very nice both times we stayed. Remembered me from the first time we came. Helped when I needed something for room very fast and nicely. Room was comfy and had a good view of the Mississippi.

This place was filthy! Hairs in bathtub and floor! Sink had not been cleaned! The bed made a loud sound - apparently had a metal sheet under mattress????? Very disappointed!

Room was filthy and front desk stated there were no more rooms available. Which was fine because there was no way I was keeping my family there. Left and found somewhere else to stay that wouldn’t get us robbed or worse. The description on Expedia was way different than what we showed up to.

folks hanging out in parking lot all day and night this was supposed to be a non smoking property but cigarette and marijuana smoke filled my room the entire time the say they didn’t know where it came from and they didn’t have any other rooms available ended up sleeping in my truck

The service at check-in and check-out was excellent. Our rooms were cleaned daily and beds made and clean towels supplied. Prices are reasonable. Waffe House is a short walk in the parking lot. Quiet and nice view of the bridges and river traffic.

Typical hotel. Enter rooms from the exterior. Room was clean. Sketchy area but the view of the river and bridge was amazing. Hotels dot com has free breakfast listed which was one reason we booked this hotel, but there is no breakfast. This is NOT the faukt of the hotel management. They stopped providing breakfast and have asked hotels dot com to remove this many times but they have not. The hotel manager was very kind. We had a very simple check in/check put process.

The staff was excellent. The property is clean. Older rooms and sloppy painting. Dim lighting. Don’t try to shave your legs or put makeup on. Rooms do not have outside phone lines. All calls must be made from the office. The bed frame popped and the a/c had a vibration when it cycled on.

We stayed in a new renovated room. Everything was very clean. The lady who checked us in a midnight was extremely nice and helpful. Would stay again at this location. Great price for the area.

Decent room, but lots of noise from trucks on the nearby bridge. Express check-in did not work. Smells is the lobby were horrible. Breakfast was very limited. Mosquitoes were everywhere upon arrival at 8:30pm.

Clean but the floor was wet from mopping when we walked in. Spent one hour at the pool and when we got back it was still very wet! The hot tub was not working and there were two long snakes on the second floor walkway! One of them was moving right along the hotel door ways!

This unit was a handicapped unit & had an electrical switch for the entry light completely uncovered/ not grounded. The bed was so high, I had to use a chair to help with safely getting up on it and I'm 5'2. The worst part besides the risk of execution, was the bathroom being so small & the bathroom door that wouldn't stay open but would hit you in your knees while sitting on the toilet. I took videos to show the staff. This is the most dangerous room for anyone but especially the disabled. And one of the outlets beside the bed on the lamp didn't work either. There was no door on the closet, and the trim in places was all busted up. Worst Wyndham we've ever stayed in. Oh, and they gave us a used opened box of Kleenex!
