The hotel and location was ok, limited transportation, so you either have to drive or use Uber or Lyft. I had an issue with my fridge for two days and had to throw all my fruits I bought, because they spoiled, which was very frustrated. I reached out to Marriott and front desk and was getting a lot of ran-a-round. They had no intention as a courtesy to even credit me for my lost. Marriott gave me a wrong email address for the hotel manager, and Expedia did not do much to help me either, I was just hearing "I am sorry for the inconvenience". I just call it a lost and decided I would not use Expedia service again. I worked hard and could not enjoy my vacation the way I wanted.

Good hotel overall. Quick and easy check in process. Friendly and professional staff. Room was nice and clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was standard fare with a good variety of options. Location was great with restaurants and shopping within walking distance or a very quick drive. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

LOST BAG ADVENTURE, TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE

First off, we took a redeye plane from Denver to Orlando. When we arrived in Orlando, my bag did not make the trip from Denver. The airlines told me they found the bag in Denver and they would deliver to me in Port St Lucie. We decided to go to the hotel earlier than checkin time and they accomodated us with an early check in. This enabled us to have a nap and clean up from the long overnight flight. Initially, the airlines advised my bag would be delivered to me by 11:00 p.m. It finally was delivered by 3:30, Sunday afternoon. The staff at the Marriott was very supportive and helped where they could.

The only problem that I had with this hotel was the shower. I love having a walk-in shower, however, it had issues. Everyone is not going to use the products provided by the hotel. I brought my own, but there was nowhere to put them in the shower. A shelf inside the shower is an absolute must and it was missing. There should be a way to turn on the shower and adjust the temperature without being in the shower. Getting smacked in the face with ice cold water was not a good start to my day. The water pressure was terrible.
