clean, very close to the beach and was overall well maintained and well run. The attached restaurant has beachfront tables and eating breakfast watching the ocean was one of the highlights of my trip.

The hotel is an old Holiday Inn, so while no frills in nature, it is literally 100 steps to the beach. Mulligans restaurant is connected, which is very convenient. Know though that the restaurant automatically adds a service fee and 18% gratuity to the bill.

We were not impressed with this facility; it was old and not up to what we would expect for such a high price. It was nice to see the ocean from our room, but other than that, it was not worth the money (over $500 for two nights). The bedside lamp didn't work, the walk-in shower had no bath mat, and we almost fell when we stepped out of the shower to get another towel to use as a bath mat. Sorry for the negative review, but you asked.

I booked two rooms for 3 nights at the beach after spending time at Disney. My sister also booked a room. The first thing I noticed was that one room was considerably nicer for the same price. The shower in my rooms were very dated, poor water pressure, could not find a happy medium water temperature, and generally kind of gross. The beds seemed very worn but rooms were otherwise clean. Our second day there a toilet backed up all over one of our rooms. The lady working the desk was unapologetic but did switch out the rooms. This left our party separated on different floors, which was not ideal. When asked if there was any way we could at least be on the same floor, the lady reiterated multiple times that it was my lucky day that she even had a room for us. You know, the room I reserved and paid for? The room we moved to was smaller and only had one king versus the two doubles of the orher room. The shower was pretty gross in there as well, but had decent pressure. We enjoyed the area- very quiet, walkable, with great dining options. But ultimately we checked out a night early and lost our money because of the room situation.
