Red Roof Inn Utica
The rooms reeked of smoke when they were supposed to be nonsmoking. Requested first floor because of 85 year-old disabled lady and was told it couldn’t be changed. Lobby at check-in reeks of smoke- employees smoking right outside of where you enter the lobby. Trashy.

Quality Inn Oneida near Casino
Physical property was fine. Nice basic accommodations but we were kept awake from 1:30-5am by some very rowdy teenagers across the hall and beside us. Took a while for property security to do anything about it and made for a very long day without sleep.
