Had a bad odor in the room. Very small. Someone left their false eyelashes in the shower on the soap tray. I didn’t even take a shower, was afraid to. I took red roof off my stay list. Terrible!!

Ok room, but there was ants in the bathroom. I was too tired to look around when I checked in, but noticed them the next morning. Reported to the hotel, and hopefully the exterminator will fix the issue.

It's everything I need in a hotel Reasonable price clean and comfortable room But where they really shine is with there customer service everyone that I've ever interacted with has gone above and beyond I've stayed there multiple times and have extended my stay multiple

Cleanliness is below acceptable standards

The bed linens are stained and appear to be in poor condition. I have stayed at this motel many times over the years. I can feel that the overall condition is declining.

Upon check-in the desk clerk was not friendly, however this was the least of our problems! 1. The room was dirty Comforters has stains that looked like blood on them. 2. Smoke smell 3. Individuals yelling on the second floor It was so bad we walked in and out of the room, took our luggage and went to another hotel.
