We had a great time, the manager of the bell hop was extremely rude at least that's who we think he was. We simply asked if we could use a cart to get our belongings from the car and he turned around and said "No!" I said "Okay so you dont get your own things?!" (Since we had never stayed at this location before) and he responded "Don't you think that's what they get paid for?!" I just kind of stood there in shock. Let me add my mom is disabled and we had just driven from Texas, we were tired and ready to rest before finding a place to eat dinner. We decided from that point on not to engage with any other staff members if we could help it and figure things out for ourselves. Other than that we really enjoyed the casino and the bartenders at the pool were great!

Outstanding accommodations

We took a trip to New Orleans and stayed at Hotel Pearle for 4 nights. This place was exactly as described. Beautiful from the moment you walk in. The room was clean and had everything you could anticipate needing. The hotel is not routinely staffed however, the host is responsive to messages should you need anything. The location was perfect. Far enough away from Bourbon St to enjoy a peaceful nights sleep after a full day of touring and walking the town. There is a street car stop directly in front of the hotel, one a block away behind the hotel, with additional stops within 3 blocks. Once you learn the routes and system, this will save you a ton of walking. One important thing to know is that many hotels in the area do not offer free parking. Most hotels we looked at were right around the same price per night plus an additional $20-$35 per day parking fee. This Hotel has free parking for 1 vehicle in their covered and secured garage. I had no worries at all leaving my vehicle parked here. I will say the only downside to our stay was the door to our room was a bit hard to push open once unlocked, possibly due to an uneven floor or the door sweep at the bottom may be too snug and there were no televisions in the bedrooms with only one television in the living room. With that said, we would definitely stay again and again at this lovely place anytime we visit New Orleans.

We had a great experience at this Hotel! Emily was such an amazing hostess and gave us amazing list of recommendations. She was extremely accommodating and was a fun and informative conversation. The hotel was beautiful and well maintained considering it is a historical building. We would definitely comeback to stay again in the future.
